History of Century Real Estate

1976: Initiated plotted developments near M.G. Road, marking the beginning of its real estate ventures.

1980s–1990s: Developed landmark projects like Manipal Centre, Taj Residency, etc.

2011: Raised INR 2 billion from Kotak Realty Fund to expand its residential and commercial projects.

2012: Collaborated with IIM Bangalore to establish the IIMB-Century Real Estate Research Initiative.

2013: Secured $8 million (INR 49 crore) investment from Xander Finance through non-convertible debentures.

2015: Raised INR 1.65 billion via NCDs to fund Century Ethos and Century Eden with ECL Finance.

2020s: Focused on luxury and aspirational segments, launching projects like "Codename Built Rare".

2024: Achieved record sales of Rs. 1,040 crores in H1 FY 2024-25, targeting Rs. 2,000 crores for the fiscal year.
