The apartments and plots at Century Midtown are wrapped up in greenery that covers over 80% of the project’s area. The upscale apartments are in 20 magnificent high-rise towers of 28 floors.
The project has an array of amenities, which include a grand clubhouse, well-equipped sports courts, and modern indoor game rooms.
Buyers have to pay registration and utility charges, legal fees, and GST on each of the instalments.
Buyers who are interested in the project can drop in at the office of the company and choose a property. It will be booked after an application form is filled and the KYC documents are given. A portion of 10% of the price is to be paid by DD or cheque at the time of booking.
The enclave is currently waiting for its clearance by RERA, and the project’s date of possession is 30 October 2030.
Properties will be registered only after work on the plots and apartments is complete, and these are ready for possession. They can be registered only after the full payment for them is made.
Century Real Estate is a top builder that is known for completing projects on time and within the allocated budget. RERA will assess complaints about delays, and the builder will have to compensate buyers for these.
